Brilliant SEO is hiring a Brand Relations Lead to drive top-of-funnel growth through smart, targeted outreach. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients — identifying leads, crafting outreach strategies, and starting conversations that convert. This role blends hustle with strategy: part brand evangelist, part revenue starter.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Research and qualify high-potential leads within our target industries.
  • Craft personalized messaging that opens doors and builds trust.
  • Manage and optimize outreach sequences to increase reply and meeting rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and messaging.
  • Track outreach metrics, analyze performance, and iterate for improvement.
  • Keep CRM clean and up to date with lead data and touchpoints.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

  • 2–4 years in a sales development or outbound marketing role (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent written communication and a knack for crafting compelling intros.
  • Confidence using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.
  • A love for systems, structure, and testing what works.
  • Curiosity about brand building and how marketing drives revenue.
  • Resilience, energy, and a results-first mindset.
