Growth and Rev Ops Manager
About the role
We’re hiring a Growth and Rev Ops Manager to align our systems, tools, and insights for smarter, faster growth. This is a strategic and operational role — you'll own the data and workflows that power our marketing and sales teams. What You’ll Do
- Design and manage the tech stack across marketing and sales (mainly HubSpot).
- Build reporting systems that track the full customer journey.
- Identify and fix inefficiencies in lead flow, attribution, and pipeline management.
- Partner with sales and marketing to align goals, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Own lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing rules.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Drive strategic experiments to improve conversion and retention.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- 4+ years in revenue operations, growth, or marketing ops (B2B/SaaS preferred).
- Deep experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot a must).
- A systems-thinker with a strong grasp of funnel mechanics.
- Analytical chops and comfort turning raw data into clear action.
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals.
- Detail-oriented and obsessed with continuous improvement
